Service Crew
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Take beverage orders and serve to guests in a timely manner
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions, including any special offers
• Pick up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef, regarding any special preferences or allergies
• Accurately process and collect payments from guests
• Clear tables and prepare service for the next guests
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable good, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas
• Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience
• Attend daily briefings from management on any special service requirements
• Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers
Bartenders
• Make recommendations and answer all related enquiries
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol
• Take drink orders from service staff or directly from customers
• Inform customers about new beverage and special promotions
• Select and mix ingredients, peel, slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Monitor inventory
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
• Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning the bar counter, washing glasses, utensils and equipment
• Ability to handle minor complaints without assistance
Guest Relations Host
• Welcome customers into our bar
• Ensure that reservations are clear and tables are ready
• Take note of number of customers and reservations
• Provide hospitality
• Inform customers about promotions that we currently having and promote the food and beverages
• Assist with adhoc assigned
Cook/Commis
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly at appropriate temperatures
• Handle multiple food orders at one time
• Assist other cooks in the preparation of food and help other team members when needed
• Prepare food before the arrival of guests for special arrangements/reservations
• Operate various kitchen appliances such as blenders, oven, grill or stand mixer
• Clean food preparation areas and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Prepare ingredients during shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
• All utensils to be sanitised at the end of shift
